Google Spreadsheet Integration - Submission Not Appearing In Spreadsheet.

We have set up a form with Google Spreadsheet integration.  The form includes a PayPal payment option, and we have had one instance of a submission not being posted to the Google Spreadsheet.  The PayPal payment completed successfully, so the submission in question isn't showing up as an incomplete payment.

Do you have any explanation for why a submission will be missing from the Google Spreadsheet?

As I check your JotForm I see that the form is disabled now. Hence, it is displaying a message when we open the form. I've also tested with one of my JotForms by integrating Google Spreadsheet to make sure that the integration is working fine now. I was able to receive the form submissions on Google Spreadsheet without any issue.

If the issue still persists, we request you to remove the Google Spreadsheet integration and then re-integrate to see if it works for you.

I have had this problem again with this form:

The submission date and time which did not get posted to the Google Sheets using your Google Spreadsheet Integration feature is 2016-02-13 08:36:38.

We have also had this problem with this form:

Can you provide an explanation of why some submissions are not being posted to Google Spreadsheets?  As I am sure you can appreciate, we need to be able to rely 100% on this feature.

Generally, the submissions received are not posted when it has a broken Google spreadsheet integration. Sometimes, there might be some delay to see the data in Google Spreadsheet due to server synchronization delays. As I tested the integration now on my existing and new forms, I see that the submissions are being sent almost instantly. 

Did you make any changes to the spreadsheet or added new sheets to the spreadsheet which could break the integration? Though deleting/adding new fields on the fields would modify the columns automatically on the spreadsheet, if you have any fields added/deleted to the form after integrating the spreadsheet and if you are observing this issue, please try reintegrating the spreadsheet on the forms and let us know if the issue still persists.
