When form submited receiving Method Not AllowedAsked by Cindy on January 14, 2016 at 09:58 AM
In December 2015 when I generated this form and tested it, it worked, but yesterday and today when tested I and a customer received message after completing form and submitting it. Method Not Allowed The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /index.html. Apache/1.3.41 Server at aquaticrealmscuba.com Port 80
While the request still is sent to our e-mail email@example.com, how do I fix the error message?
I was able to replicate the problem. Here's a screenshot:
It seems like it is related on your "Thank You" link. I noticed that you have enabled the "Send POST Data" in your "Preferences". This means the link http://www.aquaticrealmscuba.com/ should fetch the data directly, the problem is most likely that your landing page cannot handle or process the post data sent.
If you are not fetching post data, please disable the option and try again.
We'll wait for your response.
