The form you tested is the wrong form. It is the form entitled FHA HECM Reverse Mortgage Counseling. It has Notifier 2 and Notifier 3 and they are not sending the notices. Notifier 2 was working and now is not. Notifier 3 has never worked. Please advise. Thanks!
Upon checking that form, I found one of the email addresses being in bounce list:
I just added it to white-list. I would recommend you to try setting email@example.com as your sender in both notifications, and white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender:
