How to set up an email notification ?

I created my contact us form and selected 'save' which is suppose to give me a window to enter the email address I want associated with the contact form but it never gave me that option?

When you create a form an email notification is added by default, however, you may also add a new one, just follow this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
