i have the following use case and i want to know if your product can fulfill my need.
When we sign up a new customer we want to capture their relevant contacts in our SF instance. Today I send them a Word doc asking them to fill out all the names/info for each contact type (accounting point of contact, technical point of contact, administrative point of contact, etc) and then i manually type them in SF. I would like an eform that my customer could fill out which would update (or add new as appropriate) their contacts under their account. make sense?
