I am completing an HR rehiring form. When I submit the form, I get an error message. I was able to submit the same form successfully earlier today.

I'm afraid I cannot replicate the issue you are having. I cloned the form and sent a test submission. The submission was sent successfully.
However, I noticed that there are multiple submit buttons in the form. This is perhaps the cause of the error you are receiving.
If you are the owner of the form, you can try removing these submit buttons and try submitting again.
