New Submission - One Click Email????

    I've had several submissions as per screenshot which don't relate or have anything to do with the 2 forms I have on my site. Could anyone enlighten me as to what they are and how I'm receiving them at my nominated email address.

    Hi

    Unfortunately I've deleted the mail but have just been to me account and I seem to have someone elses email form with 97 entries, which if inclined I could read, how as this happened? Can anybody read my messages? Very poor privacy and security measures.

    This issue might have been caused by a bug. We're sorry about that. I have removed the form from your account and transferred it back to its original owner.

    If you're referring to this forum thread, then the answer is yes. Email sent to our support inbox are automatically opened as a public forum thread. This is to help other users who might be experiencing the same issue.

    Paid users have the option to set it to public or private, while free users can have the thread set to private by request.

    No I was referring to my messages sent to me using my forms, if I had someone elsea form in my account its must be possible for my forms to be in another account.

    Nobody else but you will have access to the forms in your account. 

    It seems as if here, somehow your email address has been added to the notification list of a form that you have not created. 

    It is very odd, and I have never seen any reports of anything quite like this before.

    Are you still getting the emails?

    Did you ever create any forms in a 'guest' account before your registered for a proper JotForm account?

    No, I haven't received any at present. To comfirm I have never created any forms in a guest account

    It is of course feasible as this issue has proven

    No one needs access to your account to add your email address to the notification list of another form created under a different account.

    Let us know if it happens again, pass on the email notification to our inbox and we will try to work out what has went on.

    I repeat, it is entirley feasible, I had access to someone's form in my account so somebody else could have access to my forms in their account
