    Hello,

I have been trying to calculate this form with both the form calculator and conditions. I cannot get it to work. Can you please help? I need the form to be able to have the person type in their name and cost show up in the total due, same applies to Additional Girls & Additional Pictures. Plus the

Register button goes to a thank you page and not Paypal.
I took all the conditions & calculations off and added dropdown boxes with values added. Still no luck.

Thank you for any help you can provide.  I have read all the guides until my head was going to explode, still can't figure it out.

Please feel free to clone my form.

    Hi,

You have to remove the conditions from the calculation widget as it overrides the calculations. Instead add hidden fields that will serve as a placeholder where you will put the conditions when a user enters a name in the given fields.

For example, when a user inputs the guy's and the girl's name, the hidden field called total guys and girls will have a value of 15 based on the condition given.

Then in the calculation widget, you have to add the total of all the hidden fields plus the total pictures.

Here are the conditions that I added in the cloned form.

And these are the hidden fields that serves as a placeholder for the values to be added by the calculation field.

Here's a screenshot of the Total Due where all the guys and girls fields are filled and the number of additional pictures is 1.

You can follow this link if you want to see the cloned form where I added the conditions in action: https://form.jotform.com/60141832664957

You can also clone it in your account if you want to see the conditions set. Here's how: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL

Do inform us if you need further assistance,
    Regards.

OMG, Chriistian this is great! I can't tell you how many hours I worked on this and how many different conditions and calculations I tried with no success. I have a couple questions.  How do I set a condition for the Processing Fee to calculate 2.20% + 0.30 cents based on the total due? And is there a way to set the Additional Pictures to 0 since not everyone orders extra pictures.  Thank thank you very much for your help. :-) And can a dollar sign be added to the total?

You can accomplish it by going to Conditions, selecting UPDATE/ CALCULATE FIELD, and create a calculation like this:

    Result:

If you want the Processing FEE and Total Due to be reflected in the "Registration Total", add a new Form Calculation widget, and assign it to the Integrated Payment field:

    Result:

You can always hide fields, by selecting the field, clicking on the gear icon and

On regards of setting the "Additional picture" field to 0,  you can do it by clicking on the gear icon>>Edit Properties>>Selected.
