How to add a permissions for people to get access to edit the form

    Hello!

    I can't find solution to add a permissions for people to get access to edit the form!

    Have you ability to do this!?

    I have a client and i don't want to they see my accaunt! i want to add the apportunity to edit values in my form!

    As far as I understand from your thread, you want to give permission after submit the form. It is possible with JotForm.

    Here is how to do this:

    First of all, you need to create an autoresponder.

    To do this, please check the guide below for more information:

    Then, you add the edit link to your autoresponder as you see below:

    At that time, your costumers can edit their submissions after submission.

    Hello Beril!

    Thankyo for answer! but no exact.

    I want to send permission for other user to edit the form via e-mail. I want to send link - and users via this link have access to edit the form field

     

    I think Jot form have not this feature

    I am sorry for misunderstanding. If you want to give permission for editing form field via email. unfortunately, it is not possible with JotForm.

    If you want to give permission to another person, they also need to have an account at JotForm. At that time, there are several ways to do that. One of them is sharing form with sub-user.

    A sub-user has it’s own Jotform account. You can give permission to see selected forms on your account. The sub-account will only have access to these forms.

    The main account can’t access the sub-users account. However, if the forms are created in the shared folder, which belong the main account both of them can access them.
