Form that you provided is located on account assema. Email address of that account is email@example.com.
When I checked our email log I saw that you have several password reset request. However all of those request failed because your email address is in our bounce list. Our system gave following result:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.5.0 Service refuse. Veuillez essayer plus tard. service refused, please try later. LPN007_510
I have now removed your email address from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.

You should also Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
