Printing the Entire PDF Forms

    Hi there,

In our form we have a lot of pure text which is then followed by questions. When we download a submitted form, we can only see the sections which have answers. Is there anyway to have the submitted form include the whole of the form, rather than just any answered questions?

    Many thanks,

    Rachel

    Hi Rachel,

For doing this, you can use the "Fillable PDF" feature, with this one you can only print the form itself not the values from submissions. Below, you can find detailed information and instructions about this feature:

However, if you want to print them with the submitted values, you can use the following modified URL. As it is seen, blue marked area represents the "Form ID", so you need to change the value with the desired form's ID and the yellow marked place is showing the "Submission ID", you need to replace it with the specific "Submission ID" as well. After opening this link on browser, you can use the print function of browser to print the whole form.

Alternatively, you can add the "Edit after submission" link to your "Notification" email. By doing this, you can be able to click to the similar link from the below to print it on browser.

I hope this methods will help you. For further assistance, please let us know.

    Thanks.
