As mentioned in the previous thread, we can hold HTML elements as plain text in both textbox and textarea, but not have them applied so that the elements are not shown, but instead to be rendered.
As such if you hold these HTML codes within the field, they will be sent to Google Sheets and shown to you there just the same - but they would not rendered there neither - they would be shown as plain text as well.
This is so because Google will not try to break the value (content sent) by rendering it. It is also a security feature to not allow someone to post something to Google Sheets that would do some damage.
