I have a form where I use a matrix to gauge interest in various topics. (very interested, somewhat interested, not interested).
After a user completes this question, I would like for them to have another question where they are shown all the options they selected as very interested and are asked to choose their top 3.
I'm willing to consider other options besides choose top 3. There were 16 options and in many responses they selected almost all as very interested. I need a way prioritize these to properly gauge interest.
In the meantime, I'm going to ask them to list their top 3 in a text box.

I think that's the easiest workaround to try with.
Or, you can also show their data on the form thank you page along with the second form so they have the list to check on what top 3 they're going to pick.
Example:
Alternatively, you can also use a multi-page form by using Page Break tool, under Survey Tools.
If you have more questions, let us know.
Thanks!
