Display message after reaching submission limit

    Hi!
This project is now closing in and I need to start working with this. However I still have problems with the sign-up limit.

This for is now full (sign up max limit is set to 1), but the warning message is not showing until I try to sign up…which is not as I was told how it´s suppose to work. Is there a setting that I have missed?

Can you please check and get back to me?

I've changed the form submission limit to 3 and sent 2 test submissions. Now, the form is automatically disabled on your account since it has reached the submissions limit. Since there is already a submission and the submission limit is set to 1 the form is loading and displaying the error message after submitting the form. You can now enable the form on your account now and change the submission limit on your JotForm.

    Hope this information helps!

    Hi!
    Thanks for your help!
Now I see that its working when using the jot form link. However I need to embed this form into a section on a page and when I do that the form is shown like normal.

    How can I solve this?

    Best

    Petter

It should display the error message even the form is embedded. Could you provide us with the URL of the webpage where you are embedding the form? This would help us to take a look at the issue and investigate it further.

We will wait for your response. Thank you!

As I test your webpage, I see that the form is embedded using source code. Could you try re-embed the form using iframe embed code to see if that works. Please refer to the guide below that can help you in getting the iframe embed code of your JotForm.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

If the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

    Hi!
Great, thanks it´s working with the iframe!

Is it possible for me to make the modifications of css code of the error message/sign up form in the css of my webpage or should I work with all modifications inside the form on your platform?

    Thanks
