How do I rename my form title?

How do I change the name from House Seller Form to Want To Know Your Home Value?

You can change the form title by double-clicking on the form title while you are in My Forms page. If you are in form edit mode, you may also change the form title form there. Please see the screenshot below :

I renamed my form but when I go to publish it the form is publishing with the original name. How to I fix that?

Example: I am using your template “home seller form” I have made some changes to it and personalized it, I renamed it “Want To know what your home is worth”, like I said when I publish it, it is publishing with “home seller form:.

I have checked you form and I can see that you have already renamed it successfully.

If you're still seeing its old title on your browser when you open it through its link, it is possible that it is what is saved on your browser. I would suggest you try using a different browser or the incognito mode of your browser and see if you will still see its old title after you have renamed it.
