Field Manager : App is not loading forms, data have been transferred to EU Servers

    Hello,

    For some day's now the field manager is not working, i'v tried everything different browser, the tips from the forum see that i was on www.jotform.com removed the field manager in my api settings, logged out, in and so one....

    nothings seems to work.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenient.

    I tested the app and I can see it's working, I was able to duplicate fields from one form to another, I could also change the order of the fields in the form.

    Could you tell us the specific thing that you are unable to do please ?

    It blocks on "loading forms" please wait. This for over 30min already

    could it be that theire is a problem from within europe?

    i removed already 2 the api and started it over

    Hello,

     

    For over a 7days i'm waiting for a response? The field manager is still not working. I really need it yesterday. I need to merge 2 quite complex forms, that i cant rebuid from scratch. (one of them has 300 fields en 100 conditions).

    Why didn't i here back from you guys?
