How can I download all the files uploaded to my jotform

I'm trying to download all the files that have been uploaded to this form, but when I click the "download all uploads" button, I only get a fraction of the files. 

What is the solution please? 

And can you set parameters to download files between a certain period of time, for example?

Thank you for contacting us.

The only way to download all the uploaded files is doing it manually on the Submissions View.

Other way to do it would be using our App : http://apps.jotform.com/app/file_downloader
