Using a domain to Forward/Mask the JotForm and the Themes sometimes do not load

    After publishing a form, I create a unique URL/Domain for easier marketing.  Usually, the forms load and work perfectly after publishing (by both the jotform url and the new domain that is forward/masked).  However, within a day or so, the background/themes do not load with the form.  This applies to multiple devices, networks, and browsers.  It seems to be intermittent after that.  I cannot seem to locate any obvious errors that might cause that.

    I checked the link to your website and I reloaded it several times and the background image always loaded.

    I would suggest you to use the IFrame method to embed your form :
