Why is my form filled-out by default, instead of blank?

When a customer arrives at my form, I would like all the fields to be blank. How do I make the form fields be blank when a customer first arrives at the form, instead of being filled out. See form below...all the fields are filled-out with a random selection. Not sure how that happened. The form fields should be blank, a clean slate for a new customer to fill in.

    Thanks, TT

Actually, that is just a saved data in your browser for the form. Autofill is enabled in your form which is causing this.

You may consider disabling this if you don't want users to see the previously filled data in the form.

Actually it was filled by Jotform when I clicked “Fill Form” in Preview mode.
But then, I couldn’t unfill it.
Is there a way to unfill it?

I have disabled the Autofill option on your form, so that the form will no longer save the input data.

Please note that even when the autofill is enabled, it is working on a per browser basis. It means that form users will not see any profiled data of other users.
