I was billed when I canceled my account

    I have a charge of 9.95 on 12/29/11 when I had canceled my account. I would like a credit to my account. Thank you and please let me know the status of the credit.

    Hello Shayna,

    According to our records you didnt cancel until the 4th Janurary.

    In any event, I will credit you with 1 months Premium status, just let us know when you want it to start.
