When people hit submit, it tends to freeze or not go through.

    I have had many people hit submit on the forms and the form either freezes or it doesn't go through at all. The 'Thank You" never shows up.

    Hi,

     

    I sent a test submission to check but I'm afraid I cannot replicate the issue. I was able to submit the form without any issue.

    When people hit submit, it tends to freeze or not go through Screenshot 20

    I also cloned your form just to check for errors and I can still submit the cloned form without any issue.

    However I noticed that the upload limit for images is 20MB. Please make sure that the images being submitted are below 20MB.
