Can't submit photos. Not enough memory

    I have someone who can't upload their photos through the form. She said an error saying she doesn't have enough memory pops up. She has a Samsung Galaxy.

    Hi,

     

    I cloned your form and I saw that the limit of the upload image is 20MB. Any image larger than that will not be accepted. If you want to increase it, click on the gear icon in the upload field and select Edit Properties. Then edit the Max file size. Do note that 1MB is equal to 1024KB.
