for my style questionnaire, i would like to know why the background I have chosen is not showing up when i send out the link

    I have inspected your form and background image that you have added is shown on my end.

    If I understood you correctly when you send link of your form to your users, background image is not shown when then open form via link you send them. 

    I have cloned your form and sent link of my cloned form to myself, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. Background image is shown.

    Were you able to resolve your issue? If not, you can try with different browser. Also tell us which device and browser are you using.
