    Based from the form and your website, it seems like the specific Font "Dancing Script" is being blocked. May we know what is the specific theme you applied on the form?

    The other errors in your console comes from your website's own resources and not from JotForm. It would be best to contact your web developer to fix the said errors.

    I will forward the error related to the fonts to our developers. We will update you as soon as this has been resolved.

    Unfortunately, the error on the font "Dancing Scripts" is still have not yet been fixed.

    However, if you want to still use the "Dancing Scripts", you can use custom CSS code to import it from Google Font. Here's a guide that you can refer: http://www.jotform.com/help/100-How-to-Use-Google-Fonts-in-your-Form

    Here's a quick step by step that you can follow:

    1. First, navigate to your CSS tab in your Form Designer Tool

    2. Paste this @import code at the very top of your CSS textarea:

    @import url(https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Dancing+Script);

    You can now use the font-family of "Dancing Scripts" in your form fields. In my case, I used this code:

    * {

        font-family: 'Dancing Script', cursive !important;

    The "*" tells that everything on the form should be in "Dancing Script" font. You can of course change this to your own preference. Make sure you have the !important at the end.

    You can see how the form looks like in this cloned form that I have: https://form.jotform.com/60201932831951

    I hope that helps.

    Hi Charlie,

    If you see my form at my website, I didn't use the "Dancing Script" font at all. I just afraid if I remove this coding line will cause error to my form.

    May be you can show me how to remove this troublesome "Dancing Script" font line?

    Unfortunately, it seems like the "Dancing Script" font is directly embedded on the theme "Typical Green" that you are using, this is the link: http://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/typical-green

    I tried it on a simple test form and I was able to get the problem on the font, you can check it here: https://form.jotform.me/60203812627448. Removing or changing themes will remove the error, which means the problem is on the theme itself. We can't edit the design code of the theme directly.

    Personally, the font script that is not loaded should not impact any function or loading speed on your form. The only difference is that it won't display the font family on that form because it is being blocked.

    If the font script is resolved, your website will still show unauthenticated scripts because your website is still having problems loading your other resources.

    The problem is already assigned to one of our developers, we will update you as soon as this has been resolved.
