iPhone app doesn't allow login.

    I created my forms in JotForms under login and password A. I then downloaded the iPhone app and successfully loged into the app to review my form submissions. I then changed my jotForms email and password. I am able to login to the jotforms site with the new password. I am not able to use the new password in the Iphone app. It says wrong password. I reinstalled the app, with no effect.

    It might be a character on your password. Can you try changing your password to something simpler without any special characters and see if that helps. Please let us know how it turns out.

    simplifying the password did not help.

    It is case sensitive, that could be the reason. Make sure you type it exactly as you type on the web site.

    I added this as a bug to our bug list. We will look into it.
