    I had it working on my form for a couple of weeks and now it is not showing up.

    Could you please indicate if you are still having issues with the CONFIGURABLE LIST WIDGET? I have just cloned your form and did not experience any issues with this.

    Hi. As of right now it seems like it is working. I do not have service to test this from my phone at the moment, but from the computer its showing that it works. I appreciate you looking into this.

    I just submitted another question earlier and would like to ask again. We do high volume events roughly 50+ a week. That means roughly 50+ people are trying to fill out this form around the same time a weekend. I'm wondering if the high volume is causing some glitches. We have had several of our reps state that their information was submitted, showed us the "Thank you for submitting" screen shot at the end, however their information never showed up on the backend in google drive. Do you have any idea why this may occur? Right now is actually a slow season for us but come mid February the volume doubles and I want to be sure we aren't losing peoples answers which is vital for our clients.
