I receive the test emails for my form. But when I uploaded and tested the form, it fills out properly, goes to PayPal to collect fees properly, I receive and email from PayPal for dues collected, but do not receive any notification that my form was completed from Jotform.

Can you please trying changing the Sender Email of your notification emails to email@example.com? to see if you have any better success with email delivery.
