How Do Customers Cancen a Subscription They Purchase?

    We would like to integrated subscription sales into our form using Braintree. Are customers provided with instructions on how to cancel their subscriptions after purchase? We need to ensure cancellation is possible and accessible before we can begin to sell subscription-based memberships for our non-profit organization. Thank you!

    Unfortunately, is not possible to cancel subscriptions through JotForm, if you want to cancel a subscription you should do it through the payment method you used, you should be able to find the active subscriptions and then cancel them.

    Or also, depending on the payment method, you may provide the steps to your customers.
