I know that you can set a file size limit for what is uploaded on the form, but does the form itself have an overall size limit at all?

Yes, maximum total uploaded per submission is 1GB, it can be a single file or 25 which totalize 1GB. Let us know if you have more questions.

Is there anyway to increase this at all? We use these forms for Credentialing and Accreditation which requires individuals to upload audio recordings and a lot of documents that in some cases are very heavy files.

Unfortunately, I believe this is the limitation or recommendation set by our developers to make sure that the submission won't break or have any problems.
I'll forward this to our developers as a feature request to see if they can increase the upload limitations on each submission. However, I'm unable to guarantee that this will be implemented anytime soon. But rest assure that they will be aware of this request. You can also check our file upload widgets in this page: http://widgets.jotform.com/category/file_upload. However, I am not quite sure the limitations of each one has.
