Can I put the currency sign after the number?

For exemple, 10$ instead of $10.

In french, the currency sign comes after. Also, can I effect the "Total" the same way?

Unfortunately, that can not be changed, you can only change the currency in your form, but not the order on the price elements, as the price numbers or the currency sign.
