I paid for the premium account however the reports still show only up to 100?

    How long does it take to register the upgrade?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may cause. Upgrades are almost instant. When you complete the purchase, your account should become Premium automatically. If you don not see your limits increased, logout and erase your browsing cache and cookies then log back in.

    The account 'mossamor' is showing as Professional on our servers, 

    The account 'nsheets' is showing as Premium on our servers.

     

    You may need to log out of your JotForm account, and log back in to see the change in status on your local PC.
