I have tried to downgrade/cancel my account but the system won't let me. It keeps sending me to this "Contact Jotform support" page.
What do I have to do to cancel my account?

It appears that you are already scheduled for a downgrade. Once your Premium Yearly Subscription expires in March 8, 2016, you will then be downgraded to Free account and will not be billed thereafter.
