Dropbox Upload not working

    With some of our customers we might recieve a few of the pictures they send, but most of the time here lately we do not recieve any.

    This is odd because it had been working before.

    They do not show up in the email or when I check the submissions on jotform.

    I have tried increasing the size limit and it hasn't worked.

    Somehow, the script that checks for the files to be uploaded is affected by the multiple conditions in your form. Try changing your upload field to allow multiple files so that the in-field file checker will make sure the file is uploaded before proceeding to the next page.

    Afterwards, test the form then keep us posted on your results. Thanks!
