We had an on going problem about our CDN recently; but the problem has fixed. However, you can still encounter the effects of it, so attempting to edit a form may take time or may never open. Currently, our team are working to fix it completely. Please, give us a little time, it will be fixed as soon as possible. When it does, you will be informed from this thread.

We still encountered the slow issue, is your CDN problem been resolved yet?

Could you please provide us more information on the problem? How long does it take for the form to load? Are their any errors in the browser console in your end?
So far, your form is loading properly in my end.
May we know if you are connected on a university or company network? Usually they have a stricter firewall. If you are also using a plugin/extension/add-on, like an adblocker, it might be blocking our scripts and other resources. I would strongly suggest viewing a form on a different network.

It took more than 10s to load. And no error on the browser console. We have tried access from different networks (via company network, via another distance office network, via a mobile network) but results are the same.
We tried this morning and the loading seem faster from all three different networks. Let us continue monitor the performance.
