It seems like Jotform has a limit to what it can handle in terms of form size. We do have a lot of fields but isn't Jotform supposed to be able to scale? Our form is not even loading. Is there any solution or do we just resort to making smaller forms?

Thanks for the prompt support. I opened the form and the editor is working fine but when I preview it, it is very slow. Is there anything we can do about that? Because we don't want our customers to use a very slow form. It is too slow for usage.

You are kindly welcome. I've tested your form and you are right, it is so slow. You cant click the radio buttons.
However, it is related with your UPDATE / CALCULATE FIELD condition. I will check it again and answer it at the following link. Can you confirm the issue didn't resolve yet?
Thank you for your understanding.

Can we also get answered? I am trying jotform but am thinking of just going back to Contactform7 - I have sent three questions and received no response - form just disappeared, account is innaccessible - tried opening another account on the eu. subdomain but I cant get to it from my wordpress site.
What is going on? is this the regular service with jotform? I cant use a systme that goes down and dissapears and no support response?

What do you mean? There is not a single UPDATE/CALCULATE Field condition! We changed it to SHOW/HIDE FIELDS as you suggested. Look at the form again.
- JotForm UI DeveloperberilAnswered on January 20, 2016 at 02:00 AM
I've checked all of your conditions. Your problem isn't related with your conditions. There is a mixed content error due to your header image as you see below.

I've fixed the issue for your first question. However the second question is still slow as you see below.
I will also check it and get back to you soon.

My name is Omur and I'm a developer at JotForm.
We need to investigate this problem further so I'll be assigning it to our development team and we'll be digging into it to find the cause why it is working slow for you.
I'll let you know about the status of this issue.
Please allow us some time so we can work on it.
Thank you very much

The problem is with the conditions in this form. When the location radio button is clicked 86 conditions are running which each have 86 hide actions so the fields are being checked and hidden 7396 times on each click. This is causing the form to slow down.
You can fix this issue by removing the "hide" actions. They are not necessary. If a condition is "IF X show Y" then if X is false Y will be hidden automatically. I will log into your account, clone this form and remove the hide actions as I can do this from my end faster than you can. I will post a link here when I have done it.
Please let us know if you have any other issues.

This should now work as expected:
Form Name: Clone of One form to rule all (without multiple hides per condition)
Form link: https://jotform.com//?formID=60198393317966
Please let us know how it works out.

If we do not use multiple hides the customer cannot make on the fly changes. It only works if the customer selected 1 option for the first 4 fields.

Sorry, I am not sure what you mean by this. Have you tested the clone that I made? Can you tell me what in that form should happen that doesn't? You should be able to change any of the 4 terms fields and the conditions will be re-evaluated and propagated along.
Thanks a lot,
