problems with submissions

    on my account we have a form listed as WMS NEW we have over 140 submissions but all of a sudden this changed to 81, we need those submissions back asap within the hour. please can you rectify this.

    Same problem... all new submissions are gone and 14 old (test-submissions) came back...

    We cannot enter new submissions either - they are not stored and no mail is sent!!!

    Please fix this ASAP!

    Same problem, some emails have arrived this morning showing that submissions have been made, however not all have sent notifications.   Definitely no submissions are showing up on Jotform website.

All EU Zone users are affected and we are aware of the situation and our developers are in the process of fixing it. We can assure everyone that no submissions are missing and will be available in a few hours, 2 to 3 hours (process timeframe) from now on. 

    For EU users, we suggest using https://eu.jotform.com to access the forms and submissions.
