It seems related to forms and accounts in the EU region. Could you please try viewing the submissions by logging in to http://eu.jotform.com?
We have already informed our backend team regarding this, but could you please share us a submission that disappeared? Or perhaps a screenshot of what you are seeing? Apologies for the inconvenience.

We had a replication issue in our servers which affected mainly our users in the EU region, however, it's been fixed.
