Changes in a form don't appear on screen

    Hello,

    I added two fields in my form and changed the url in the text at the begining of the form and I don't see the changes in the public version.

    I just moved my data in Germany, maybe it is the reason of the problems.

    I have just cloned your form and was able to add fields and create a custom URL to the form. I also verified your form history and noticed that the last change was on January 15.

    I registred my form and I tried to fill the form as if i were a customer but the two fields I added aren't there

    Thank you for the update. I have just reviewed you form and was able to view the fields in question. I did notice that you had a condition for this fields.

    Yes there are conditions but my problem is the field "Ministère de la Communication et de la Culture". It doesn't appear even if I fill all the conditions.

    In the same way, at the very begining of the form I have a text with a link. In the backoffice of jotform I put this url the first time :

    http://www.capdigital.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/ign_fab_formulaire.xlsx

    and this morning I changed with this one :

    http://www.capdigital.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/IGNfab-formulaire_inscription_janv2016-V2.xlsx

    And when I fill the form I still have the old URL.

    Even in the html the link is the second one, I don't understand why it doesn't work.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just cloned your form and was not able to locate any field with that name:

    Ministère de la Communication et de la Culture

    I have cleared you form cache. Can you also try clearing your cache and cookies and see if this resolves the issues.

    I tried with another device, with cache and cookies clear and I have the same problem.

    When you refer to:

    Ministère de la Communication et de la Culture

    Did you mean the field

    Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication

    The reason is because I was not able to locate the other field. As you can see below the text area associated with this field is showing properly.

    In regards to your other question regarding the URL. I noticed that it is now downloading the proper excel file.

    If I am mistaken, please let me know and we will be glad to take another look.
