I was able to view your form submissions from my location. Please try checking it by logging to our https://eu.jotform.com website.
But just so you know that we have an issue with our EU DataCenters and the fix is still in progress. Everything should be back to normal within 3 hours.

Problem is now solved. I can see the submission in the form 31533357381958.
