Hi I just tested my forms and I have submitted a purchase twice, but I don't see any submissions when I login. How can I fix that? I already tried to clear cache and cookies and also submitted trough 2 different browsers but I still dont see anyt conversions.
Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently a problem on forms and submissions located in EU, our developers are already aware of this problem. They are currently doing their best to resolve the issue. We will update you as soon as this problem is 100% resolved. Please also do try logging in to https://eu.jotform.com to view the submissions.
