New submission not showing up in either reports, or the online list of submissions for the form

    Hi

    I have just received a mail confirming a submission, but when I go online to check the details, there is no information on the new submission.

    The new submission does not show in the list of submission when I click the "Submission" button for the form, neither does it show in my reports.

    This is the link to the submissions list for the form:

    And the missing submission has details:
    Submission no: 329013983268712684

    And was submitted today, 19th Jan 2015, at about 13:00 CET

    Please let us know what the problem may be, thanks

    Hi there,

    Firstly, please accept my apologies about the inconvenience. I confirmed the missing submission on related form's submissions. Currently, we are experiencing a temporary issue about it. On the background, our work is continuing to fix this; but we need couple of hours. However, you can be sure that it will be fixed as soon as possible. When there is an update, you will be informed from this thread.
