the forms are being filled in and we can see them on the app but not showing on the website

Hi, I had the same problem today and that was answered in another thread here in the forum, apparently there has been some glitch in the system and you can access your submissions from here:

Our sincere apologies. We are aware of the problem and our technical team are currently working to resolve this as quickly as possible. Were were also informed just now that this should be working normally within 30 minutes from now. Please do updates us should you continue to have problems after 30 minutes.
