I brought the account up to speed with the direct debit, but I cannot access the account and I need to make some fairly urgent changes.
Can you please advise?

Ive sent a request for a new password. The username youve provided me with below seemed to be recognised, but Ive yet to receive the email link on any of my LSF-PT emails.
Can you help any further?

The reset email will go to email@example.com. Are you able to access that? Otherwise we'll have to set it to your own email address.
