Form fields need to be tapped twice in iOs devices

Hi I have a problem with a form when viewed on iOs devices. The form fields need to be tapped twice before they accept text and the keyboard appears. I have made only one previous form and this wasn't a problem. Any suggestions?

I cannot replicate this problem in your form. I think the issue is related to the formsite form in the page that overlaps the jotform form. You may consider removing that form. If removing doesn't help, please try re-embedding the form using our iframe method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

I have cured the problem by turning off hover text. It would seem the first tap was being interpreted as a mouse hover. You may have accessed the test site after I made that change.
