Missing Submissions - Not in EU

    I am also missing a submission, I received the email can click on and see the images that were uploaded but when I log into my admin panel it shows that I do not have nay submissions.  I read the response that you though it was an EU problem but I am not in the EU.

    Hi, I had the same problem today and that was answered in another thread here in the forum, apparently there has been some glitch in the system and you can access your submissions from here:

    https://eu.jotform.com/myforms

    I tried the link but still do not see the submission.

    @thepres6 

    I have checked form that you provided on your account and that form have zero submissions.

    If you have issues with some other form please provide us ID of that form.
