A few of our users are having issues logging into Jot Form today.
They have cleared their caches/cookies, etc and they are still getting this message:
Redirect loop ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS RELOAD DETAILS.
Can you assist us with figuring out what else they need to do in order to get back into the site?

I have checked your account and you have 57 sub account users. If I understood you correctly they are not able to log in to their accounts.
It was probably temporary issue. However if you sub users are still unable to log in, please tell them to try with different browser to see if that will resolve this issue. You can also check this article about How To Solve This Webpage has a Redirect Loop Problem:
If they are sill not able to log in please provide us usernames of their accounts.

Thank you! The issue appears to be with our main AHLI account login. This link that was sent to us from Jot Form a few months ago asking that we use this secure link to log into our account:
When trying to use this link even following the instructions above it does not allow us to actually log in. I can get to the log in screen after clearing the cookies using the instructions above, but when I enter our main username account and password it gives me the redirect loop message again on all browsers I've tried.
However, if we go directly to Jotform.com we are able to log into the main account without issue.
Is it essential that we use this secure login link or can we just go through the main jotform.com link? Please let me know.

Thank you for providing us additional information.
I was also able to replicate mentioned issue when I tried to log in to your and mine account using secure link https://secure.jotform.com/myforms
I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.
For now you can log in to your account with link https://www.jotform.com/myforms? which is also secure.
