i had a notification on my phone to say a submission had been done today (19 jan 2016), but nothing has come through on email (no change there as it is very hit & miss what comes through) but having gone onto the jotform site for my forms, the submission done today is not viable.
Can you please advise where is could have disappeared to, and if part of the Europe problem, when it will be fixed.
PS - very very slow to load the forms.

There was a problem related to forms and submissions located in EU. Our developers have resolved this issue and you should be able to see submissions on your account.
