My form doesn't update?

I made a change in a form that has not been published anywhere and when I go to preview it does not show the recent update? It only shows the update in the editing platform. Here is the preview link https://form.jotform.com/52425289089162

We had to do a emergency data center switch and because of a corrupted database we now have a data replication lag. So, you can either wait for the data lag to catch up, or you can create a new form. It should catch up in a few hours.
