Form publishing a different form

    Hello, 

    My form named "AccorHotels - Briefing Investidores" is publishing a different form https://form.jotformz.com/60006954688665

    What is happening?

    They are looking exactly same now. We had to do a data center switch and we had some data replication lag. So, that might have caused it but it seems to be fine now. 

    Do you still see the same problem?
