How to edit Custom URL of the form

Also, I created a vanity link but would like to have my name removed. When I tried in the edit mode, it wouldn't let me.   Thanks. 

I saw that you made Custom URL of your form link.

Username of account will always be shown on Custom URL . It is not possible to change it. You can add your own form name at the end of the URL along with your Jotform Username.
